Tax Issues are important. How does Warren Buffett view this topic? Please provide examples from actual acquisitions he has made in recent years. Be specific.

 

There are some criticisms Warren Buffett is not one of President Obama’s staunchest supporters. Using tax haven is major way for any companies in this capitalism. However, he is not only capitalist but also American symbol. His philanthropy affects a lot of American and his charity saved a lot of disables. To avoid tax looks hypocrisy because of these reasons. His life actually might end up with becoming tycoon or mogul in this capitalized ecosystem. He buys his country’s company and gathers money.

However, his charming character attracts people. He didn’t like at home. He used to gather penny and sell golf ball which he picked up himself in his childhood. He liked to collect things. In order to collect money, he read handled of business books in his middle school. When he got stuck collecting, he changed school and found Graham and learned statistical analysis for investment. It’s just like habit of innocent vulture. Moreover, his father taught proper manner and just to be good person. He has hunch and has bought American Express. When he bought Berkshire Hathaway, he actually went the mill a lot and negotiated with managers just like selling golf ball to seniors.

In 2010, IRS declared his tax issue. However, I guess it was from his innocent instinct and didn’t care for being tycoon or not. He bought Heinz lately. It was actually worth 23B market cap. Even now, he will never be failing because people even aren’t trying to beat him because his name brand has been established. Outsiders will not want to invade his territory, United States to buyout American company. People are just hard to realize that just his existence is protecting whole United States because the peace is created by his name itself. People are just bored that anything happened so far. Criticisms are always coming from boredom.
